Convention 2009 is preparing to reach a broad audience.  We are expecting over 400 social workers, church leaders, and professionals in faith-based organizations to spend three days in professional development workshops and plenary sessions.  If you are interested in being a Convention supporter, advertising, or exhibiting at the Convention, a completed agreement form with full payment must be received by September 15, 2009 for an ad, and October 5, 2009 for an exhibit or to be a convention supporter.

Advertisements

Your organization may place advertisements in the final Convention program at the following rates:

• one quarter page advertisement in the program (4.25 X 5.5) -- $120

• one half page advertisement in the program (8.5 X 5.5)  -- $205

• full page advertisement in the program (8.5 X 11) -- $345

To place an ad in the convention program, please send in: a) an Advertisement Agreement Form; b) payment; and c) an electronic copy of your ad as a high resolution pdf file by September 15, 2009.

Sponsorship

We invite you to consider making a contribution to the show your support for the work of social workers and other professional leaders who are committing themselves to service through congregations and faith-based organizations. Major contributors are invited to work with NACSW to determine the amount of contribution, recognition, and opportunities that will be made available to members of your organization at the Convention.

Individuals and organizations may also want to sponsor a specific event at the Convention. Sponsors' names will appear in the final Convention program and they will receive special acknowledgement at the events they have sponsored. These opportunities include plenary sessions, pre-convention institutes, and Convention refreshment breaks, meals, and receptions. Event sponsorships begin at $1000.
