I would like my Presentation to be considered for one or more of the following Formats:

Workshop Presentation
For examples of workshop sessions, go to: Workshop Examples

Poster Presentation

Presenters summarize their presentation information in visual representations for attendees to browse and to facilitate more informal discussion. NACSW will provide easels, and recommends that poster presenters bring information mounted on poster boards and/or handouts. For examples of poster sessions, go to: Poster Examples

Either a workshop presentation or a poster presentation
I understand that selecting this option increases the chances of my proposal being selected.

If I am interested in my proposal being considered for a workshop presentation, I would prefer the following Length of Time for that session

I would prefer presenting for the full 90 minutes
I would prefer splitting this 90 min. session with another presenter(s)

Either the full 90 minutes or sharing the session would work for me

NACSW will make every effort to accommodate the length of time you have recommended for your workshop session, although it reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the session's length based on the needs of the overall workshop program.

NACSW's conference niche is in providing information and trainings that focus on integrating faith with some aspect of social work practice. As such, we look primarily though not exclusively to recruit submissions that include an integrative component consistent with NACSW's Statement of Faith and Practice. If your submission represents an alternative perspective, please note this on your proposal so that if it is accepted, we can indicate in the convention program listing.

Presenters Agreement - by submitting the above proposal, I signify my agreement to the following:

If my presentation proposal is accepted, I agree to be present at NACSW's Convention 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana, to register (at my own expense at the usual convention rate) by no later than October 1, 2009, to make my presentation at the time selected by the Convention 2009 planning committee, and to provide my own handouts at no expense to the convention. I understand that if I do not register for the convention by October 1, 2009, my presentation may be removed from the convention workshop program.
