If you are a current member of NACSW and are interested in
participating in our mentoring program as either a mentor or a mentee, please
contact the NACSW office at: info@nacsw.org.
As
requests to participate come in, based on availability (there is sometimes a waiting
period), we match interested mentors and mentees using
the following criteria:
As
soon as a match is made, we contact both parties and provide basic information about
the mentor program, some suggestions for first steps in developing the mentor
relationship, and relevant mentor/mentee contact information. We ask the mentors
to contact the mentees within 2 weeks of receiving this information, and then on
at least a monthly basis thereafter.
