Convention Hotel -- DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis

NACSW's Convention 2014 will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis, located at 210 Holiday Court, Annapolis, Maryland, 21401.

The guest room rate is just $119/night (until midnight on October 22, 2014 or until the room block is full, whichever comes first), and may be shared between up to four people. Call (410) 224-3150, and identify yourself as being with the North American Association of Christians in Social Work (NACSW). Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm.

Convention registrants are responsible for making reservations directly with the hotel. To qualify for the special $119/night rate, make your reservation by October 22, 2014 or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. Limited rooms available.

Guests must cancel 24 hours prior to their arrival date to avoid a onetime charge of room and tax.

Parking: No-cost self parking is available for hotel guests on a first-come, first served basis. Valet parking is not available.

Airports

Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) is 18 miles (approx. 25 minutes) from the hotel. Limousines (about $58), Super Shuttle (about $38), and taxis (about $60) are options.

Washington National Airport is 30 miles (approx. 45 minutes) from the hotel.
Washington Dulles International Airport is 45 miles (approx. 75 minutes) from the hotel.

GO Airport Shuttle is offering discount rides to and/or from the Annapolis Doubletree. They serve BWI Airport/Amtrak, Reagan National Airport, Dulles Airport and Washington Union Station.

Airport/train arrival and hotel departure pick-up times are based on your travel itinerary. Plus, they track the progress of your arrival flight/train and you go directly to their vehicle from baggage claim. They do not redirect their customer to a waiting area. Driving Directions:

From South and Washington DC: Take Route 50 East to Exit 22, Riva Rd. Follow signs to Riva Rd. and make left at light onto Riva Rd. Second light , left onto Holiday Court.
From North: Take I-95 to I-895 South to I-895 Spur South . Exit onto I-97 South, continue on Route 50 East to Exit 22-Riva Rd. Follow signs to Riva Rd. and make left at light onto Riva Rd. Second light, left onto Holiday Court.
From East: Take Route 50 West across the Bay Bridge. Continue on Route 50 to Exit 22, Riva Rd. exit. Follow signs to Riva Rd. and make a left at light onto Riva Rd. Second light, left onto Holiday Court.
From West: Take I-70 East to I-695 South, Exit onto I-97 South, continue to Route 50 East to Exit 22 Riva Rd. Follow signs to Riva Rd. and make a left at light onto Riva Rd. Second left onto Holiday Court.
