Teaching Resources for Human Behavior in the Social Environment (HBSE)

NACSW is committed to sharing teaching resources that support the integration of faith/spirituality and social work in a variety of areas. In 2019, NACSW published Lisa Hosack’s Development on Purpose: Faith and Human Behavior in the Social Environment, a companion volume developed to support NACSW members and friends teaching Human Behavior in the Social Environment (HBSE) and related courses.

To supplement and build on the material found in Development on Purpose, below you will find a growing collection of additional micro, mezzo, and macro resources that support the integration of faith/spirituality and many of the topics in Human Behavior  the Social Environment (HBSE) classes.
