Learning Opportunities
NACSW is deeply committed to providing on‐going continuing education for its members and friends to enable them to maintain and increase their effectiveness in service delivery, thereby ensuring the provision of quality social work services for clients, whether these clients be individuals, families, groups, organizations, or communities. Toward this end, NACSW provides a wide array of trainings sensitive to the ethical integration of faith/spirituality and social work. Check out the Goals of NACSW’s Continuing Education Programs.
NACSW sponsors a three-day annual convention each year, bi annual virtual forum events, as well as quarterly audio conference webinars.

LEARN from nationally recognized speakers on topics of special interest to NACSW members and friends
NETWORK with dozens of other Christians in social work/social ministry
EARN continuing education contact hours, which have become increasingly important for maintaining social work licenses, certifications, registrations and/or accreditation in many areas.
NACSW also offers an online continuing education program and quarterly podcasts to help broaden your learning.
CEs
NACSW, provider #1078, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by The Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org, phone: 800-225-6880, through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. NACSW maintains responsibility for the program, and will advertise in advance the number of continuing ed clock hours available for each of its trainings.
